The tow points will fit, you'll just need to work out the cut into the bumper as we've not fit one ourselves so have no instructions for it. The bull bar wont fit as it contours to the front bumper which is completely different between the limited and Overland's.

So first of all these tyres don't rub as a small section of the mud flap was removed. Second larger tyres are king offroad as the larger rolling diameter makes all the obstacles appear smaller as the tyre can just roll over it much easier. Think about climbing boulders with skateboard wheels verses bike tyres. Larger tyres = better for off-roading. Yes suspension movement is not increased with a lift but it allows the larger tyres to fit under with out rubbing, and increases the body height for going over obstacles (approach, ramp and departure angle.)

When you add lift with stiffer springs the range of motion does not change, you just modify the ride hight. Yes, taller ride height helps when offroading with clearance and angles, but it does not prevent rubbing during articulation at all. If your wheels rub without lift, they will rub when lifted as well, just under higher load. You say all rub was dealt with by removing a mud flap, so it's all good, but the way you talk about lift in the video is misleading. You dealt with rubbing by removing a mud flap, you dealt with weight, taller ride height for better angles with lift. Lift only affected rubbing at ride height, it did not affect rubbing during whole range of motion (articulation) at all.

@@mmimoman No mate, they rubbed before but not after, even with mud flap removed. The lift allows more clearance behind the wheel that is the issue. I'm not talking about travel, that is a separate issue, but for tyre clearance yes the lift allows for this.

@@offroadanimal how? Spring lift on IFS does not change how far up the wheel well the wheel travels when compressed or does it?

@@offroadanimal No sir, not the same. The Everest's 4A system is a clutch based one that engages front wheels on demand. The land cruiser is a true full time system.

Well it travelled to all the other places the other vehicles did so good on Ford. Plus it looks great and has great tech. For the price its got to be the Everest for me.

Sorry this pre runner does not suit the Summit trim as the bumper is vastly different. No idea why jeep has to put so many different bumpers out. I'd suggest going for our Predator bar which will suit your rig and offer a lot more protection

@@offroadanimal I am in Australia but I have in the papers I bought it with that it has the upgraded e-lsd there was no "e-lsd delete". Physically it looks different too to other grand Cherokees like the summit reserve.

@@offroadanimal I feel like in slow motion on that steep hill climb I can see it acting differently at the rear compared to the front. Either way it's very impressive that this can even compete with body on frame vehicles with lockers for just raising up the air suspension more and putting on better tyres! 👏👏

@@electropad You can see on the dash that it does not have it like our one is the states does, and you can hear the traction control working it's heart out to maintain traction.

Radar works as normal and does not need to be recalibrated.

@@207GTBEE Well we have quite a few bull bars out there and have not required it. Talking to our dealer network they don't do it on any other bars either.

@@offroadanimal so I wasent sure about it at 1st. spoke to ARB at sima and they confirmed that it needed recalibration. By kicking it back to Ford you take yourself and your company out the equation if something was to happen.

Do you really need that much clearance? Off-road 1 has more than all the other stock competitors and you've got underbody steel protection too. Off-road 2 is far better in the WL anyway in terms of comfort compared to the WK2

@@offroadanimal They do make a v8 petrol still. It’s not a fair comparison as an medium powered 3.6 v6 in a 2300kg car is not great for the tasks involved.

@@offroadanimal That’s a shame. I’m currently driving 3.0 v6 diesel Trail hawk model in the UK and think it’s a great car. It’s also capable of towing up to 3500kg.

@@offroadanimal thats true. I mean I adjusted the TV volume for the music but when you talk I couldn’t hear anything. When I raise the volume to hear you talking and the music starts it becomes annoying and I need to lower it down
